BLACK DIAMOND CASE STUDY

The Challenge

When James first started working with us. He would do one or two projects at a time. Big clients that would pay him $10k – $20k to build, train, and grow their sales revenue.

But he would spend soooo much time helping his clients that he would neglect his sales pipeline. He hired some sales guys to help him but they were also spending hours and hours prospecting, doing cold calls, and networking, the old fashion way…

The Solution

So we built James a funnel that we call the Survey Siphon. We advertised to business owners who have sales teams. We asked them if they wanted us to GRADE their sales process. We would give them a grade based on the way they answered the series of questions.

Then after completing the survey, and getting their grade we’d say something like “we see you have a lot of room for improvement, if you want to learn how to build a strong sales team, train them, and get high closing rates… watch the FREE video training

SALES FUNNELS

We designed a series of automated sales funnels that attracted a steady flow of high ticket clients without wasting time on prospecting.

INCREASED CLOSING RATE

Before they had a sales funnel they were closing 1 out of 10 consultations. Now they are closing 1 out of 3 consultations. So James spends much less time on the phone.

BETTER ROI

By using Facebook to drive traffic, capture leads, and using the sales funnel to convert leads into opportunities we were able to get James a 980% Return on Investment.

THE RESULTS WERE INSANE!

Especially on the numbers side. We not only tripled his sales and revenue but we also increased his traffic conversion from 3% to 38%. We increased the quality of leads which increased closing rate from 10% to 33%. We reduced James works hours from 65+ to 35 hours per week.
